    1. Wrong or Damaged Items: In the event of receiving the wrong item or if the product is substantially damaged at the time of delivery, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please provide us with the necessary proofs, including images of the damaged or incorrect products.

    1. Return Initiation: You can initiate an exchange or return by checking the products upon delivery and providing the requisite proofs on the Platform. Alternatively, you may contact our customer care for assistance. Note that exchange or return requests must be made on the same day of delivery.

    1. Product Condition: We accept returns only for sealed, unopened, and unused products. No exchange or returns will be accepted if the product packaging is opened or if the product is used or consumed in part or otherwise.

If you wish to exchange a product due to the wrong item being delivered or substantial damage, we will facilitate the exchange process. Please ensure the product is sealed, unopened, and unused.

 

Shipping Returns

 

 

    1. Responsibility for Return Shipping: If a return is necessary due to our error or a damaged product, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a customer’s preference or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    1. Refund Processing: Upon verification of the returned products and related documents, eligible refund amounts will be processed within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be credited to the source account or Aforro Wallet.
